The Domoiselles farm was created in 2020 by Azéline and Johan in the town of Dom-le-Mesnil. The couple raises about forty Lorraine goats. This breed, formerly threatened, is important in the eyes of the couple who regularly praise it: good dairy genetics, rustic and regional goat, good adaptation to the Ardennes climate.

Good products sold on the farm

with their herd, the operators produce milk which they transform on site into cheese, yoghurt or goat's cheese ice cream.

New to store

You can now leave with goat's milk ice cream at home!

These products are sold directly at the farm, and also enhance the preparations of the surrounding artisans (bakeries, pizzerias). The couple participates in many Ardennes events, thus participating in the development of the territory.

And if you visit?!

Since 2022, the farm is open to the public and offers guided tours for families throughout the year but also personalized receptions for professional structures.
