The Montier Photo Festival is THE unique meeting place in Europe for wildlife and nature photography which brings together photographers, naturalists, associations and professionals. It takes place this year from November 16 to 19 around 100 forums on naturalist knowledge and photo technique and more than 80 hours of conferences, screenings and round tables.
Five Ardennes structures will be present this year
You will be able to find:
- The Federation of Nature Protection Clubs
- The Liart Educational Farm
- The Maison de la Nature in Boult-au-Bois
- The ReNArd association (Grouping of Ardennes Naturalists)
- The Agro Environmental Campus of Saint-Laurent (the Lycée du Balcon des Ardennes)
These associations will exhibit and/or offer youth activities on naturalist, scientific and environmental themes.

Large-scale festival which aims to be educational in the face of future ecological issues
2 photos, 000 exhibitors, 250 exhibitions, 100 visitors in 45 dayss, this major festival is also intended to be educational in the face of future ecological issues. AFPAN “l’Or Vert”, the association organizing the festival, offers numerous actions and workshops for education on the environment and sustainable development, in order to give the keys to the young generation to acquire responsible and supportive environmental behavior . More than 3 schoolchildren are present during the event.
