Adherent to the collective brand "Ardennes de France" | Direct sale of farm products made from goat's milk from Lorraine.
The DOMOISELLES farm was created in 2020 by Azéline and Johan in the commune of DOM-LE-MESNIL. The couple raises around forty Lorraine goats. This endangered breed with a small population is important to the couple who regularly praise it: good dairy genetics, rustic and regional goat, good adaptation to the Ardennes climate. With their herd, the farmers produce milk that they transform on site into cheese, yogurts or goat's milk ice cream. These products are sold directly on the farm, and also enhance the preparations of nearby artisans (bakeries, pizzerias). The couple participates in many Ardennes events, thus participating in the development of the territory.
Since 2022, the farm has been open to the public and offers guided tours for families throughout the year, as well as personalized receptions for professional structures.
Tours are posted on the farm's Facebook page.
