The offer of tourist rentals on booking platforms: still growing strongly in the Ardennes.
The Regional Observatory publishes a photograph in January 2023 of the "AirB&B" rental offer which provides us with the following main data:
The Ardennes supply represents 4% of the regional supply. The increase over one year reached 21%. 84% of rentals concern furnished apartments and 16% bed and breakfasts. This offer is mainly positioned in the super-economic segment (69% at €60 per night).
The northern part of the Ardennes (territory of the Regional Natural Park, and more particularly near the greenway La Meuse à Vélo) concentrates the highest proportion of rentals.
