Geneviève and Olivier have lived for 30 years in the small hamlet of Hauts-Buttés, in the heart of the Ardennes Natural Park.
In 2013, they got involved in creating a place ofGOURMET SHARING by taking over the old Hauts-Buttés inn.
In 2019, they decided to develop the few productions made for the restaurant and give more time to their profession of pickers and producers of wild plants and fruits.
Their specialty is the local and 100% Ardennes artisanal production of aperitifs and natural food products based on wild plants or fruits from their orchards.
