· L'Ardoisier: This blue cake is an original creation by Albéric Domelier. It has made its place in the hearts of the Ardennes and also arouses the curiosity of colleagues, but its original recipe has not yet been cracked.
· The sugar cake, the calf cake, the white pudding pie. (Presented on M6 in "The Best Bakery in France")
