Aux Saveurs d'Ardennes is above all the story of a lover of his region, Didier VILLEMIN, who has always been keen to introduce the best of the Ardennes region to as many people as possible! After 40 years of passionate work, it is now the second generation of the family that is continuing this wonderful adventure and that welcomes you daily to an XXL butcher's shop, delicatessen and delicatessen, where tradition, conviviality and love of the region combine to offer you a unique experience.
A true ambassador of the Ardennes, the Aux Saveurs d'Ardennes brand is today known throughout the region for its famous dry-cured ham, its wild boar sausage and its unmissable Cacasse à cul nu... And it is a team of nearly 60 people who work every day to work, cook and promote this know-how through our butchery, delicatessen, salted meats and other regional products.
