Ferme de Saint Quentin – Cosmétiques Vantône

Fortified farm from the end of the Middle Ages, currently being restored. Formerly this place was used for nuns.
Located in Noyers-pont-Maugis, the St Quentin farm is a great initiative by Vanessa Ponsin, who decided to transform an old Abbey into a sheepfold and launch a 100% Made in Ardennes sheep cheese!
The small family business (40 ewes at term 70) is in full expansion and seems to be well established with the production of 70 dry ripened fresh cheeses per day intended for an exclusively local market.
The long-term objective for the young entrepreneur is to diversify with Tome, Brousse and feta, of course, sheep.
