Description
A loop that will take you to Louvergny and the source of the Bairon stream, which has given its name to the site since the Middle Ages.
Follow the yellow pedestrian markings.
1/ Take the road which goes up towards Sauville. Before the top of the hill, take the crest path on the left. At the small wood, turn left, pass the water tower and go down to the Derrière-le-Terme farm.
2/ In the farm, turn right then immediately left on the downhill road. At the fork after the houses, continue on the main road to the left.
3/ On the small road, at the Croix de Touly, continue straight, keeping to your right in the direction of the Croix Jean Maurice. Go over a bridge and enter the village of Louvergny.
4/ Arriving at the Louvergny church, continue on the left to cross the village and exit.
5/ Before the farm, turn left onto a path between the pastures. Cross the first stream on the footbridge and continue immediately to the right, in front of the small house. The path runs alongside the old pond to the dike which leads back to the parking lot.
