After passing through New York, Cuba, Venice, the Bahamas and Seoul, André VAQUERO takes over one of the oldest inns in the Ardennes, the Forest Inn on the road to Nouzonville.
It is at the end of this long gastronomic journey that André and his wife Florence offer to introduce you to refined, market and local cuisine with a southwest accent, in the entirely new setting of their inn now named du LAMINAK.
