Ground floor: wellness area on request depending on the owners' availability: €90 for 3 hours (sauna, spa, hammam).
Heated outdoor swimming pool from May to September (7.05m x 3.5m, depth from 0.95m to 1.54m) to be shared with the 2-person cottage 430.
1st floor: living room with kitchenette (freezer, microwave), lounge (TV, wood-burning fireplace €5 per basket).
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm), shower room, toilet.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), shower room, toilet.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), annex with 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm), shower room, toilet. Cot available.
2nd floor:
Room 4: 1 bed 140 x 190 cm.
Room 5: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm), 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm).
Relaxation area on the mezzanine (TV, DVD player).
Bathroom. Toilet.
Heating: allow €10/day from October to the end of April and electricity extra.
Maximum 2 animals allowed.
Cleaning included (€20 will be charged if a pet is present).
Outdoor parking by the Meuse river. Givet 6 km. Belgium 10 km. Dinant 25 km. Upstairs cottage on a shared 600 m² property with views of the Meuse and forest.
Garden and swimming pool shared with the owners, their dog and the gîte 430 which can be rented as an additional unit.
Table tennis, swing, pétanque court, volleyball court, terrace. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
