In a green setting, in the heart of a charming little Ardennes village, our cottage is ideally located, on the Ardennes GR14 trail, less than 5 km from the “La Meuse à vélo” greenway, for discoveries between the countryside and forest so rich in biodiversity, or for relaxed walks in complete safety.

Located in the completely renovated old family farm, our accommodation is designed and managed to minimize its impact on the environment, while offering optimal comfort to its visitors.

Ground access, private parking for 4 to 6 cars, secure bicycle storage, a charging point for electric vehicles (Details in the General Conditions of Sale), a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a enclosed garden of 1200 m², with a self-service vegetable garden and a flower and wooded ornamental garden: comfort and nature are at your fingertips!

The ground floor and the terrace are accessible for a person with reduced mobility.

Our cottage is located in the French Ardennes, at 6, rue de la maison commune, in BULSON.

The village of BULSON, attached to the Communauté de Communes des Portes du Luxembourg, is mainly served by the D29 and D229 roads. The A34 motorway is 9 km from the cottage. The nearest train station is 10 km away, in the town of SEDAN. The nearest airport is in CHARLEROI in Belgium, 125 km away and Douzy Aerodrome, 14 km away.

Our cottage is located in the heart of the village, opposite the church, we inform our future guests that the church bells ring at 7:00 a.m., at 12:19 p.m. and at 00:XNUMX p.m., and that the surrounding agricultural activity can sometimes be heard, despite very good sound insulation in our accommodation.

The nearest franchised shops, bakeries, fuel stations, banks and ATMs are located in the town of Sedan, 11 km away. It is possible to obtain fresh products (cheese, bread, vegetables) by contacting local producers located in the village and a kilometer and a half from Bulson (Lieu-dit Jardin de Bulson). In the town of Raucourt and Flaba, 7 km from the gîte, there is a bakery, a pharmacy, physiotherapists, a dental office, a nursing office and a general practitioner. A motorhome area is located in Sedan, Boulevard Fabert.
