The charm of the countryside close to the city, the cottage is located in Montcy-Notre-Dame, a village adjoining Charleville-Mézières (five minutes by car). You will have all the amenities a few meters away: Bakeries, Tobacco-Press, Butcher-Charcutier-Caterer...

We welcome you to this 90 m² semi-detached house with a 15 m² terrace not overlooked. Fully equipped for 5 people, you will have everything you need for a good stay: new appliances, television, wi-fi (fiber), reading corner, books and games for children, board games, barbecue, laundry room...

On foot, on rollerblades or by bike you will be one hundred meters from the greenway, allowing you to explore the Meuse valley and the splendid loops of the Meuse over nearly 83 km. You can also store your bikes safely in the gîte.
