For four generations, from father to son, the Marguerites have been pampered and raised on a daily basis to guarantee their well-being...what if we made ice creams with the good taste of local milk and cream? ANAÏS took this idea very seriously, and embarked on the adventure of dairy processing in 2017. A project far from being easy but which blossomed and grew with the energy and support of the SOUDANT family.
Les Marguerites and we have one goal: to offer you ice creams that have taste, ethics and above all a lot of love.
Exquisite flavors with sweet aromas: milk flower, vanilla, crunchy almond, hazelnut, crunchy pistachio, chocolate and its chips, salted caramel, coffee, mint with chocolate chips, malaga, tiramisu, cheese cake (raspberry coulis and pieces of speculoos). But also: Sorbet of the moment: Strawberry, Raspberry, Morello cherry.
Consignment sale at the farm, sale only by appointment, collection of orders from 15 p.m. to 19 p.m. (on demand). Products available at the Farmer's Drive, L'Authentique Fermier, and at the producers' markets.
