Located a few kilometers from Sedan, the Brasserie Les Coulous opens its doors to you on weekends!

The Colous? But where does this affectionate little name come from?

Behind the Coulous hides quite simply the name given to the inhabitants of Messincourt.

Opened in 2019, with an experience of almost 20 years, solidly built (3 victories in the St Nicolas de Port competition, a victory in Brittany with Bock à block and another with lecomptoirdubrasseur), the Brasserie Les Coulous opens to you today its doors today. In his vats, Florent Hourriez, the brewer who owns the premises, brews several styles with passion. And everything goes! There is something for everyone: from IPA at 5,3°, to Imperial Stout at 11°, through more classic beers such as a Pale Ale at 6°, a honey blonde at 8,1°, a triple at 9° or even a brown at 8°.

But it does not stop on such a good path and also offers ephemeral brews, to surprise, such as Porter piment chocolat, offered in 2020. The brewery also produces beers at the request of prestigious customers, such as Vert Bock in Charleville -Mezieres.

In addition, its dark beer is used in the production of raw milk cheese, the Petit Coulou from the Harnoterie farm located in Beaumont-en-Argonne.

Its beers are also on the menu of several reference tables in the Ardennes: the famous gastronomic table of Carignan, La Gourmandière, the no less delicious Papillote in Charleville-Mézières and more recently at the restaurant Chez Georges in Charleville Mézières and Au Clandestin in Matton and Clemency.
