In order to provide you with decision-making assistance, the Tourist Development Agency offers 3 types of support:

Support unit for project leaders

In operation for more than ten years, this support unit, a real one-stop shop for the attention of the promoters of tourism projects, is made up of a representative of the Tourism Development Agency, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as the person in charge of the tourism mission of the EPCI concerned by the project. Depending on the type of project, the members of the unit seek skills within the institutions (Prefecture, Departmental Council, technical committees, SDIS, etc.) and useful partners. 

The projects relate to the creation or extension of homestay accommodation, group or hotel-type accommodation, tourist events and other various subjects (classification, regulations, financial support, etc.). After an initial contact, the project leaders are contacted regularly to ensure that the case progresses favourably. 

For the year 2023, more than 130 cells have been organized at the request of individuals with tourism projects.

Do not hesitate to ask us to meet you, in our offices or on the planned site, we will organize this meeting in a very short time and we will bring you all the documents useful for your decision-making.

Maintenance - Advice - Pre-visits

Depending on your project and your questions, the consultation can be done on site or at the Tourist Development Agency. At any time, an appointment can be set within 15 days to 1 month following your request, depending on the availability of the interlocutors concerned.

These interviews are made for you if you wish to create or develop a tourist activity, whether you are a private individual or a community.

They will allow you to consider your project as a whole: project management, product positioning, responding to customer requests, marketing, e-marketing, e-distribution, human and financial resources to be implemented to succeed.

They can also lead to a diagnosis on specific themes: recommendations for your e-distribution, star rating of furnished tourist accommodation, Clévacances labeling (furnished accommodation and guest rooms), Tourism Quality Plan (furnished accommodation, guest rooms and visit sites), Camping Quality, Tourism and Handicap (all types of tourist sites).
