Accueil vélo® is a national brand that guarantees a welcome, services and specific equipment adapted to the needs of cycling tourists along the cycle routes of France.
- It references the establishments adapted to welcoming bicycle tourists;
- It is the promise of a quality welcome and reassures customers on bikes;
- It contributes to hoisting France to the 1st rank in the world of destinations for bicycle tourism.
How do I join the Accueil vélo label?
- Contact the Ardennes Tourist Development Agency and ask for the label reference.
- A control visit is organized with the quality referent to check that your establishment meets the criteria of the reference system.
- You sign a three-year commitment to Accueil vélo®. The trademark royalty is €200 for these three years (the equivalent of approximately €66 per year).
- You are labeled Accueil vélo®!
- You will be given a welcome plate and/or a Accueil vélo® window sticker to better identify your establishment. You are authorized and encouraged to use the Accueil vélo logo on your communication media.

Your structure is labeled, what to do next?
Use your label as a communication tool for your structure. Publish the logo on your social media posts, show photos of bicycle tourists. Do not hesitate to explain and illustrate the services put in place. Finally, offer on your website bike tours to do from your structure. This will also contribute to the referencing of your site.
