On the other hand, you can count on recognized national distinctions: the Michelin Plate and the Bib Gourmand, those of Gault & Milllau (without toque, 1 or 2 toques) or even the Cocottes des Logis for restaurateurs who are also hoteliers (from 2 to 3 casseroles in the Ardennes).
