On the one hand, you find local organisations, such as Ardenne Ecotourism, Ardennes de France, the Cercle des restaurateurs (which promotes gastronomy and the Ardennes identity) and the Maîtres restaurateurs. On the other hand, you can count on recognized national distinctions: the Michelin Plate and the Bib Gourmand, those of Gault & Milllau (without toque, 1 or 2 toques) or even the Cocottes des Logis for restaurateurs who are also hoteliers (from 2 to 3 casseroles in the Ardennes).
