Église Saint-Pierre de Tagnon

Listed as a Historic Monument in 1926
The church of Tagnon is the oldest monument in the commune. It is built almost entirely of chalk apart from the large portal dating from 1859 which is made of cut stone.

The plan of the church is a Latin cross with a double transept. It was started in the 13th century; of the original construction only the apse remains. The current portal is a mixture of several styles.

Seems to have served as a stronghold during the wars of the 16th and 17th centuries.
