LES MAZURES, Village Fleuri "3 Fleurs"
The appearance of the village is placed at the end of the 11th century. In feudal times, it belonged to the fiefdom of the lord of Montcornet.
The last reconstruction of the Saint-Rémi church dates from 1793, at that time, the bell tower had 4 small spiers which have now disappeared.
Founded in 1228, the Cistercian abbey of Mazures was for a long time a place of pilgrimage. Only a small chapel remains (see photo).
Water occupies an important place in the life of the municipality. There are 7 wash houses and fountains.
