The label Accueil Vélo (Cyclists welcome)® is a national brand carried by France Cycling Tourism, which identifies establishments offering services and equipment specifically designed for cycle tourists.
Certified service providers must meet a precise specificationsThey all offer a series of services tailored to the needs of cyclists so that their cycling holiday is a wonderful adventure, full of good memories and friendly encounters.
This label concerns different types of establishments located near marked cycle routes and which meet a quality standard.
Cyclists can thus easily identify reliable places along their route to stop for rest, food, rental or repair of equipment.

To obtain the label, an establishment must, in particular:
- to be close to a marked cycle route,
- to provide secure shelter for bicycles,
- provide a repair kit,
- to provide useful information to cyclists,
- to offer suitable services (e-bike charging, washing, luggage storage, etc.).
5. How long does the Accueil Vélo® certification last?
The label is awarded for a period of 3 years. Establishments must then renew their commitment by again complying with the specifications.
