Description
Follow in the footsteps of Arthur Rimbaud, the famous Charleroi poet. Discover its places of inspiration, and let yourself be carried away by poetry.
(D/A) With your back to the square, at the Tourist Office, follow Rue du Moulin opposite towards the Meuse. Cross the pedestrian bridge. Cross Quai Jean Charcot. Take the Passerelle du Mont Olympe to join the greenway.
(1) Turn left and walk along the Meuse, towards the Port de Plaisance.
(2) Cross the port footbridge and continue along the banks of the Meuse.
(3) Continue on the banks of the Meuse.
(4) Cross the road and immediately turn right. Do not cross the bridge but continue along the canal, continue along the river.
(5) At the bridge, follow the path overlooking the road that will take you to the foot of the footbridge.
(1) Conversely, repeat the outward route to reach Place Ducale (D/A).
