Le Dancourt
Remains of a church
The Dancourt is home to a 70th century church, rich in history, which unfortunately suffered considerable damage in the XNUMXs. The town hall decided to proceed with its partial demolition due to its state of abandonment. However, new hope is on the horizon thanks to the initiative of a local association working for the restoration of this emblematic monument.
This ambitious project aims to rebuild the bell tower, while reinstalling the bell, in order to breathe new life into this building full of memory. The achievement of this work is possible thanks to the support of the Fondation Du Patrimoine, which supports efforts to preserve French architectural heritage. The rebirth of the Dancourt church represents not only a victory for the community, but also a tribute to the cultural and historical heritage of the region.
