The Bonhomme spinning mill was probably established at the end of the 19th century. Converted in the early 2000s into municipal premises and a fire station, only the exterior appearance has been preserved. Part of the buildings, on the rue Delorme side and on the east side, have been destroyed. The engine room housed a steam engine.
The buildings are on the ground floor, the engine room is higher and opens with high semi-circular bays; it is covered with a pavilion roof covered with slate while the production workshops are topped with corrugated iron. The walls are made of limestone rubble and the chaining and frames of the bays are made of brick.
