The Saint-Germain church is decorated with an ogival portal dating from the XNUMXth century, with an openwork tympanum with a rose window. The trumeau (part between the two doors) houses the statue of Saint-Germain, patron saint of the church.
The first three bays of the nave are from the 15th and 16th centuries, the last two bays, the choir and the side aisles from the 17th century.
The seven-sided choir has false twin bays on the lower level and tall ogival windows on the upper level. The floor of the choir, originally built in stone slabs, has been covered with a marble landscape since 1860. This work revealed that the choir was a real cemetery of the Anglure family.
On the right pillar at the entrance to the choir, there is the statue of Our Lady of Masmes which comes from the chapel of Masmes and dates from the 12th century
The crowned keystones deserve attention, we can see there: a screaming face, a smiling angel's head within foliage, a head wearing a marquis' crown (the barony of Buzancy was raised to a marquisate in 1658), a coat of arms with three fleurs-de-lys adorned with a marquis' crown.
