Very interesting religious and fortified site on the banks of the Sormonne. The church was burnt down in 1622 by Mansfeld's troops. It was then rebuilt. Presence of gatehouses supported by trios of brackets, firing openings and a small corner tower topped with a pretty conical pepper pot roof. The gatehouses, a sort of small machicolations, protected the bays. Beautiful uncovered gables, one of which is crowned by a small statue of a saint.
