The walls of the old fulling mill are made of Dom-le-Mesnil limestone rubble and a roof with long cut sides and broken half-hips with slate roofing. They occupy the southern end of the plot, part of which is below the road. The water wheel was in the building located at an angle. The walls of the extensions dating from the 1950s are made of hollow brick and concrete blocks coated with cement, with asbestos cement roofs. Inside, the framework is metal.
