Today, the company "Warsmann"
This locksmith factory was founded in Nouzonville in 1924 by Émile Warsmann. In 1953, the company moved towards steel metalwork. Since 1962, it has specialized in the primary transformation of aluminum for joinery and street furniture, as well as in sheet metal work and mechanical welding. Expansions were carried out in 2000. Managed from father to son, the company was sold in 2002 to two administrative executives. It had 47 employees in 2008.
Two manufacturing workshops, built at the beginning of the 20th century, are made of schist rubble with semi-circular window frames made of Dom-le-Mesnil limestone. Inside, the exposed metal framework is supported by solid cast iron posts. The offices, on a square floor, are located opposite the workshops, on the other side of the street.
