Buildings visible from the outside, private property
In 1845, the spinning mill, then called "filature du Charme" in reference to the Clairs-Chênes stream, was under repair. Géris and Lallement were the operators, with Michel Géris becoming sole owner in 1855. After the Second World War, the Parent-Clavière family operated it according to oral tradition. Currently converted into a home, the factory is believed to date from before the First World War.
The buildings, made of limestone rubble with brick frames and oculi openings, include workshops with shed roofs on wooden frames and cast iron posts. The boss's accommodation has a long-span roof in mechanical tiles. The turbine, the retention basin, the pipes and the remains of the transformer remain.
