Ancienne usine de meubles
Buildings visible from the outside, private property
The factory, which began operating at the beginning of the 20th century, appears to date from the second half of the 19th century. Production ceased after the Second World War, and the site has now been converted into a gîte.
The building, which houses the chair house and accommodation, is made of limestone rubble with stone frames and chainwork. A brick factory chimney, the remains of a boiler room for drying and bending wood, remains at one corner. The stream supply channel is visible, although the installations linked to the electric turbine have disappeared.
