Monument aux morts de la 1ère Guerre Mondiale ( 1914-1918 )

War memorial located inside the Saint-Rémi Church
This war memorial, built just after the First World War, uses the triumphal arch to develop. On the jambs we see marble plaques bearing the names of the deceased engraved and gilded. The dates of the war are engraved and gilded on the imposts. On the departures of the arch on each side, wooden plaques painted black bear decorations added in gilded wood. Then, on the arch, marble plaques bear an inscription in engraved gilded letters. In the center of the arch is a large medal in fabric and gilded and silvered metal which represents the war cross. Between mural painting, marblework, foundry and fabric, this work measures almost 1m wide and is very well preserved!
