Ancienne usine de petite métallurgie Dehuz

Currently trading

Small factory created by Roger Dehuz in 1919 to manufacture tools. Taken over in 1926 by Léon Dehuz and then by his widow during the 1940s, the Dehuz Establishments then specialized in the manufacture of tubular metal furniture. The date of closure of the site is not known. Currently, the buildings are occupied by a commercial company. The building must date from 1919 and the extension located on the reverse was probably built after the Second World War.

The factory is established on a narrow plot with a building facing the street with walls in iron framed with brick on a square floor. The workshops located at the back occupy two square floors supported by a structure in reinforced concrete frame and walls filled with brick. The whole is covered with a roof with long slopes with exposed metal frame covered with mechanical tiles.
