Chapelle Notre Dame du Rosaire
Closed to the public
The current chapel was rebuilt in 1843 by the priest Malfait, from Damouzy. The original chapel had been built in the 16th century by the owner of the Grange aux Bois farm named Guitot. It was then given to the church council of the basilica of Mézières, then, having fallen into disrepair, it was destroyed during the Revolution.
The Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire chapel is a small building with an elongated plan. It is built of limestone rubble and lit by two small semi-circular bays. The interior walls are rendered and the wooden frame is exposed. The long-span roof has a bell tower covered by an imperial roof.
