Open from April 1 to October 31
Every day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m.
Unique in France, the Wool Felt Museum invites you to discover the oldest textile in the world in an original way. To make felt, you only need three ingredients: water, heat and movement! The museum's Turkish collections bear witness to this artisanal manufacturing and the multiple uses of felt in the daily life of the Anatolian banks.

Your visit to the museum is also an opportunity to discover the industrial past of Mouzon, the last town to house a felt factory in France. You will be able to observe the factory machines in action, thanks to the museum's reduced-scale felting line that the guides will operate for you.

Learn to felt at the museum! The museum offers felting workshops for adults and children. Using wools of different colors, create your unique piece and leave with it at the end of your visit. A unique activity to learn while having fun!
