Created in 2002 and based in the Ardennes since 2014, Compagnie 33 Plume en Scène, an association under the 1901 law, is today an essential cultural player in the territory.
Located in Charleville-Mézières, it works to make theatre and the performing arts a true lever for personal development, social connection and sharing.
A company committed to the local community.
Rooted in the cultural landscape of the Grand Est region, the Company develops artistic projects in close proximity to the inhabitants, in both urban and rural areas.
It works with numerous partners – community centers, schools, medical and social services, and local associations – to make art accessible to all. Its work extends beyond regional borders, demonstrating a strong local presence and an openness to the world.
The diversity of audiences is at the heart of its mission / 33 Plume en Scène is aimed at all audiences, without distinction of age, level or life background.
His workshops and interventions are adapted to each individual: children, teenagers, adults and seniors, people with disabilities or vulnerabilities, audiences far removed from culture or in reintegration.
This diversity nourishes artistic creation and reinforces the conviction that theatre is a universal space of expression, capable of giving everyone a voice.
Strong human and artistic values
The Company bases its work on essential values: kindness and respect for the individual, listening and individual support, inclusion and openness to diversity, creativity and transmission.
Her coaching and personal development workshops promote self-confidence, mastery of speech and freedom of expression.
Each project aims to reveal the artistic and human potential of each individual, while encouraging collective work and solidarity.
A multidisciplinary and innovative approach
True to its spirit of discovery, the Company explores the dialogue between theatre and other art forms: cinema, painting, comics, music…
These artistic cross-pollinations open up new horizons and renew the relationship between the public and the stage.
Under the artistic direction of Nathalie Nicollet, director, actress and coach for over twenty years, the projects combine artistic excellence and social commitment.
Partnerships rooted in local life
33 Plume en Scène collaborates closely with local stakeholders: Centre Social et Culturel André Dhôtel, Centre Social de Manchester, GEM La Différence, JSPR'08, AGIR08, Micro-Folies de la Ronde Couture, CADEF, SIRMAD de Rimogne, and Lycée Monge.
These collaborations make it possible to bring culture closer to the inhabitants, in a logic of proximity, diversity and cooperation.
33 Plume en Scène allows you to join your school throughout the year! And from age 5 for the youngest.
