Sedan, in the Ardennes Métropole, is an ancient principality dominated by its immense fortified castle, a valiant witness to the history of France.

From the area, you will be just a few steps from the fortified castle and the town center of Sedan. Stroll through the historic center named “remarkable heritage site” with its Louis XV and Louis XVI style facades, passing through the Botanical Garden for a green stopover.

For a more natural and sporty outing, cycle through La Meuse (France, Belgium, and the Netherlands) and in particular the Trans-Ardennes greenway, between Charleville and Sedan. It is suitable for cyclists of all levels and is located on the old towpath. Take your time, admire the forest and breathe the fresh air!
