A farm unlike any other in the Ardennes
In the heart of the Ardennes, in the small village of Remaucourt, the Rheoum Court Farm They cultivate, press and vinify… rhubarb! Behind this unusual project are three passionate producers: Chanael, Rémi and Lucile.
Since planting their first rhubarb in 2018, they have been developing a range of artisanal drinks made from this plant with large green leaves and a particularly tart red stalk. These beverages, available with or without alcohol, are produced using traditional methods.
Guided tours to discover the secrets of rhubarb production
From April 11 to September 19, 2026, Rheoum Court offers the general public a series of guided tours entitled "Secrets of Rhubarb". A unique and original activity, ideal for families, lovers of the Ardennes region, but also for groups as part of a professional event.
Throughout the visit, you will have the opportunity to trace the history of the farm, from the first rhubarb plantings in 2018 to the development of their range of artisanal drinks.
- Discover the traditional winemaking method, used for the "Secrets of Rhubarb" vintages.
- Exploring the field and the plantations
- Visit to the vat room and discovery of the manufacturing processes
The visit concludes with a tasting of the range of drinksFrom sparkling alcoholic drinks to liqueurs, nectars, and non-alcoholic aperitifs, a whole host of products will (re)awaken your love for rhubarb, followed by a possibility direct farm sales to take your favorites home with you!
