An original concept

Immersion in a unique and incredible place, the Château fort de Sedan, the French people's favorite monument in 2023 and which celebrated its 600th anniversary in 2024.
Eight gourmet stages prepared by the best Ardennes chefs, with food and wine pairing, and the discovery of the new tour of the giant of the Ardennes!

A night to settle down, marvel and let yourself be guided

Enjoy an aperitif in the rooms of the Jeu de Paume with a sparkling rhubarb from the Cour Rheoum farm (Remaucourt) accompanied by Rimbaud pâté from Michel Collin, served by the brotherhood of Arthur's beer and Rimbaud pâté.
Continue with the 1st entrance to the Cannon Terrace with a black pudding and foie gras spread and foie gras chantilly cream from master charcutier Michel Collin (Prix-les-Mézières).
Under the vaults, we present to you the 2nd entrance : crayfish tails, scallop emulsion and crispy squid ink (Stéphane Vernel, L'Art du Net)
On the Bastion des Dames, discover the first course : tender slice of sole in marinière sauce (Philippe Rémy, La Table de Saint-Berthauld, Chaumont-Porcien)
On the Trebuchet Terrace, find the 2nd course : Supreme of chicken Gaston Gérard style and its Ardennes vegetable millefeuille (Jérémy André, member of the National Academy of Cuisine, Atelier Gourm'Hand, Charleville-Mézières).
In the heart of Café La Marck, enjoy a cheese break with Rocroy cheese and tomette from the GAEC de la Croix-de-Fer in Rocroy, served by the Rocroy cheese and beer brotherhood.
In the Antiques Gallery, enjoy dessert with a dark chocolate shell, blue chocolate nougatine mousse and crunchy praline insert (Lilian Ferrari, member of the National Academy of Cuisine, Aux douceurs de la vallée bakery, Fumay)
To end the evening, a glass of champagne or an Ardennes beer will be served to you in the Ducs de Bouillon room..
