This summer, board the Train des Légendes en Ardenne on the TER Charleville-Givet line at a preferential rate with the 1-day pass for 10 euros. Discovery pass at preferential rate
Throughout the summer the 1er July at 31 August, the Grand Est region and the SNCF invite you to travel the Meuse valley in the Ardennes with 1 day pass for 10 euros. You will be able to travel unlimitedly on the TER of the Charleville-Givet line all day long. All trains serve all 15 stations along the route. You will be able to discover at your own pace and according to your desires the different sites which are all starting points for discovering this beautiful region.

Indeed, many routes are accessible within a maximum of 5 minutes from the different TER stations.

Rail escapes with the Friends of the Ardennes Regional Natural Park
Two exciting and friendly meetings are offered by Friends of the Park to explore the Meuse Valley thanks to the train of legends on August 10 and 22, 2024.
For your information, all services are free (including museum entrance, train ticket, etc.) except the picnic of the “Grand Dukes Tour” outing which is 20 euros per person (cost price service provided by a caterer). Registration required.
August 10: Train escape – “From one viaduct to another”
Between Anchamps and Laifour from 13:15 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.
This half-day tour will make you discover exceptional panoramas, fascinating historical sites, and captivating anecdotes about the railway history of the Ardennes. End your journey with a guided tour of the village of Anchamps and a friendly drink with local products.
August 22: Rail Escape – “The Tour of the Grand Dukes”
Discovery day in Bogny-sur-Meuse around Rock of the Grand Dukes from 8:45 PM to 17PM..
This walking and train ride will take you from Charleville-Mézières to Bogny-sur-Meuse, with guided tours of the Ardennes Metallurgy Museum and Collegiate Church of Saint-Vivent de Braux.
Enjoy a picnic on the majestic Rocher des Grands Ducs and admire the spectacular view while respecting local biodiversity.
Recall : Financial contribution for picnicA friendly picnic will occupy the lunch break with a main course, a dessert and a drink (price €20 to be paid upon registration).

This 1-day pass for €10 allows you to move freely along the entire line.
15 round trips per day, weekends included and stops at all stations along the route for even more discoveries and freedom!
When purchasing your pass, the “Charleville-Mézières” and “Givet” stations are pre-filled: don’t panic, you can start using your pass from the station of your choice!
