Day of discoveries, activities and conviviality in the heart of the magnificent territory of Ardennes Regional Nature Park on the program of the Parc Festival on September 22, 2024 at Lac des Vieilles Forges, at the Congress Center. Residents, visitors, with family or friends, young and old, come and discover the Ardennes Regional Natural Park!
Free entertainment
The program proposed by the Ardennes Regional Nature Park with the support of the Ardennes Departmental Council and its many partners is extensive and varied to help you discover all the riches of its territory. A local market, an associative village, free activities, a competition... Young and old will certainly find what they are looking for there.
Program
- a country producers' market with around thirty producers: Honey, fruits and vegetables, confectionery, tea, beers, fruit juices, cheeses, oils, flours, solidarity groceries, crafts etc.
- an associative village, with more than 40 local associations
- workshops fun, scientific, sporting and cultural
- a corner dedicated to children (climbing wall, old-fashioned wooden games, a 100% eco-friendly ride using the strength of the parents' arms, etc.)
- an escape game “The Lake Monster” with Professor Plume
- a competition game to win you packed baskets, tickets to local museums, but also a weekend at Château de Wallerand with 2 gourmet menus and breakfasts, and spa access for 2 hours worth 469 euros!
- thematic walks allowing you to discover the fauna and flora of the lake, on foot, by electric scooter or by canoe! (On registration),
- exhibitions and conferences on the Ardennes fauna (films will be shown throughout the day highlighting different themes (discovery of the Middle Duke and the Grand Duke, but also a conference and an exchange on the biodiversity of the Grand Est with the Odonats association.)
- the interactive exhibition proposed by the NFB “the forests of the Grand Est to the test of climate change”.
- wandering of the troupe Tropic Carolo Combo at the different locations of the Festival
- discovery of the stars – planetarium
- fishing simulator

Practical information
Sunday, September 22 from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m. at the Lac des Vieilles Forges Conference Center.
A local catering area and refreshment bar will be available for visitors to taste local produce.
The Congress Center car park will not be accessible, park in the car parks located opposite the campsite.
