The DOMOISELLES farm was established in 2020 by Azéline and Johan in the commune of DOM-LE-MESNIL. The couple raises about forty Lorraine goats. This endangered breed, with its small population, is important to the couple, who regularly praise it: good dairy genetics, a hardy and regional breed, and well-adapted to the Ardennes climate. With their herd, the farmers produce milk which they process on-site into cheeses, yogurts, and goat's milk ice cream.
Since 2022, the farm has been open to the public and offers guided tours throughout the year.
