Swimming and water sports are prohibited due to the presence of cyanobacteria.
Within a 120 ha body of water and in the heart of a green valley, the beach of Lac de Bairon offers supervised swimming from July 1 to August 23, 2026, every day from 13 p.m. to 19 p.m. It obtained the Blue Flag label in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
